What if I don't have a lot of time?
Pafei is a long workout, because it covers so much. To fully get the benefit of Pafei, you have to do the entire program. But doing it just once a week is a great start. Anyone can find 90 minutes a week. Just cut back on Netflix time. Or even sleep, if you have to, as a last resort.
And if you really don't have time, doing just the first 15-minute joint warmup part is going to make a huge difference in your life. When was the last time you consciously opened up all your joints, from your big toe to your neck? You see what I'm saying?
That said, there are shorter versions, all the way down to 15 minutes, if you join on one of the annual memberships.
Is Pafei hard?
Yeah, Pafei's hard. It's going to kick you in the nuts (or the equivalent for you ladies). But it'll be worth every ounce of your effort.

What if I'm already an athlete?

How long is Pafei?
It varies, but the full version is about 90 minutes.
That may seem like a long time, but because you're constantly doing something new and different, it doesn't really feel that long.
